If you are working with some other band or company on an event and want to cantankerous promote, or if you've establish an amazing event you call back will really benefit your Facebook Fans this is the tutorial for you lot. Step-by-pace instructions:

  1. Open the Facebook Outcome you want to add together to your page
  2. Click on the … on the right-mitt side just under the paradigm
  3. Click "Add to Page" and select the page you desire to add it to
  4. Yous're done!

  1. Hi! Are there any pros/cons to adding an event to your page, rather than creating your ain event?

    1. Regen, There are a few good reasons to add an event to your page, rather than creating your ain event:
      one. It prevents confusion if in that location are whatever event details that modify.
      2. Attendance will look higher, which will increase visibility for the event.

      The just time I've always created a second issue on my folio is when the original creator didn't create it correctly, merely I never suggest having two Facebook Events for the same effect.

    If someone else adds my event, will they get 'co-host' permissions and the ability to edit event details and respond to letters?

    I want other people to share my event, just I don't want them to accept co-host permissions. Is this method yous draw the best way to do this?

    Also, how can I remove somebody else's event from my folio without deleting the issue?

    1. Joanna,
      They'll only be able to share it as an issue to their page, they won't be able to edit it.
      So yep, this is the best manner to allow people to share your result, without giving them editing permission.
      To remove an event:
      ane. Get to your upshot tab on your Facebook page
      2. Hover over the consequence you want to remove
      3. You should see a modest "X" click on that to remove the result from your page

    Howdy. I am trying to share and outcome that I was invited to and accepted.

    When I click on the … the options I get are Export Upshot, Unfollow Upshot, Notification Settings, Remove Me From Invitee Listing. I tin can't observe any selection to Share outcome or Add to Folio.

    Is this considering of the way the result was created?

    Is there a solution?

    1. Exercise y'all have a Facebook for Concern Business relationship? If so, you'll need to open the event while logged into the business account. Facebook might just not recognize your Facebook profile and Facebook Folio are linked.

      1. i am having this same upshot, information technology works on all other events just there is a certain one, that is only giving me those options. I deceit figure it out. I did not create the consequence merely am a co-host on the consequence just am trying to add the event to my other business pages events.

  4. Hi Katie,
    I tin't seem to share an event to my Facebook business folio without editing the appointment. For example, the event is on both Sat and Sunday merely I am simply exhibiting on the Saturday. If I click the Sabbatum, the drib downwardly menu doesn't give me the option to share to my page. I tin can only share to my page if I share the event including both days. I don't want to do this equally it will expect like I'grand exhibiting both days. I've made this mistake already, and once done there is no option to edit or fifty-fifty delete!

    1. I've run into this issue before, and unfortunately in that location just isn't a simple fix. I recommend having the original result creator divide the dates into two separate events, or merely sharing the effect and letting people know that your involvement is for just one twenty-four hour period.

      Facebook events are withal pretty clunky, I wish I had a better solution.

  5. Why are my photos from my business folio showing up on another pages business event folio? How tin can they do that?

      I'm non certain… Does information technology look like they downloaded your images and re-uploaded them, or are they hosting events at your location?

    hullo, I am managing a FB page, I created an event but past mistake the event was uploaded in general events, with my page just as a host. Every bit a upshot all the likes and comments are not showing upward on my page. Is there any style to make them show on the pages wall?

    1. I'm not sure I sympathise what happened. Did yous create an event with your profile, simply would similar it to be shared via your page?

    1. You can add messages to the event, but non necessarily message each person direct.

  8. How practice you add another's event that has multiple dates? The Add together to Page push button doesn't appear on those.

    1. Events with multiple dates can exist complicated. Are you trying to add together just one of the dates or are you trying to add the full set?

        Hi I am also trying to add an event with multiple dates. I take been able to do that in the past just for some reason with the result I am trying to add it isn't working. I am trying to add the full prepare!

        1. Make sure yous accept the event every bit a whole selected, and not just one of the dates. If you lot're on just once specific date it will merely allow you to add that date to your folio, but if you're on the event overall information technology works the same as any other consequence.

    Howdy! I am trying to add an outcome to my folio with multiple dates. I do not get the add together to page option. I have friends with business accounts also who practise have the add to folio option. Why would information technology exist different with different business concern pages?

  10. Hi Katie, This is a corking way to generate more exposure of events. Can I enquire what this would be called please? Is there a name for this yet? Information technology's not co-hosting as such – it's simply sharing. I'm trying to think of a fun and logical name for this that I can add to my promotional packages for businesses. Thank you lot.

    1. I've found that people generally have trouble if they're trying to share from a specific date. Double check that you're logged in via a business business relationship, and make certain that you take the full general consequence (not just one specific engagement).

    Hi, hope you can aid but not certain if I need to start a new thread. I have created an event that i'm hosting. I want to add together the venue to the issue equally a co-host then they tin invite guests etc too in club to hopefully increase the possible attendance. I don't seem to be able to work out how to do this if in fact I even can.

    Hullo, I noticed that when you have multiple-twenty-four hours Facebook issue that you want to include to your visitor Facebook, you first need to click "Going" to all of the dates, and so you volition get this "Add to you page" option for the whole result 🙂 Hope this helped

    1. I've only been able to do this successfully on a calculator. I would honey to know if yous were able to figure out how to do information technology through the mobile app. You may demand the Facebook Pages app, rather than just the regular app to reach this.
